Footage of the incident shows the crowd gasping in shock as the well-groomed star is attacked by a woman. The reality TV star was covered from head to toe with the white powder, with her hair and shoulders receiving the brunt of the attack. Los Angeles Fire Department officials studied the powder and determined it was harmless cooking flour. Kardashian was rushed into a private room and brushed the flour out of her hair before returning to the red carpet. The socialite was at West Hollywood's London Hotel earlier today to launch her latest fragrance line, True Reflection. The woman was taken into custody by police. It is not known why she carried out the attack.
